Singapore-based wealth manager WRISE Group has announced the launch of new businesses and appointments as part of its ambitions to achieve further growth.
WRISE Group has launched two new business units, namely WeWrise and VooTech, according to a statement.
WeWrise is a comprehensive corporate services organization that serves as a foundation for ultra-high net worth individuals and high net worth individuals looking to first structure their wealth.
VooTech is a B2B wealth tech solutions provider that will offer modular digital services such as asset aggregation, analytics and reporting and price aggregation tools.
New Appointments
WRISE has also announced several senior appointments including 20-year wealth veteran Kevin Teng as the new CEO of WRISE WM Singapore, assuming the responsibilities from WRISE chairman Derrick Tan who will now focus on strategic initiatives, growth and leadership of the group’s businesses.
WRISE WM Hong Kong also appoints Joel Tan and Megan Zhang as co-chief executives, who collectively have 24 years of wealth experience. Under the leadership of Tan and WRISE WM Hong Kong vice chair Marcus Wong, Tan will head the strategic initiatives for Hong Kong market and Zhang will focus on serving clients in the China market.
$5 Billion in AUM
The new moves are part of broader plans by WRISE to grow its business, including the target of achieving $5 billion in assets under management by the end of 2023.
