After nine years with the bank, Credit Suisse's APAC Head of Private Client Solutions and Head of Platform for Asia Pacific leaves the firm, as finews.asia can reveal.

Brian Chan, the regional Head of Private Client Solutions and Head of Platform for Asia Pacific at Credit Suisse, has resigned from his role after nine years with the bank.

Appointed in May, 2013 Chan succeeded Min Park (pictured below), who had a four year stint at the bank.

Penchant for Levered Equity Investments

European integrated banks such as Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas amongst others, are equity structured products powerhouses in Asia, a region with a penchant for levered, equity investments.

Min Park rejoined Credit Suisse in August 2018 as Head of Solutions Sales, Asia Pacific, responsible for driving cross-asset capabilities, collaborating with structuring and trading teams to enhance the product offering.

Instrumental in Building Platform

He has 26 years of industry experience in structured product sales, managing successful teams at Merrill Lynch, UBS, Credit Suisse and Standard Chartered Bank. He first joined Credit Suisse from UBS in 2009 as Head of Equity Derivatives Sales and Structuring and was instrumental in building the market-leading platform the bank has today.
