A former portfolio manager at Value Partners has joined Goldman Sachs as its new head of emerging markets credit flow trading in Asia.

Conor Yuan joins Goldman Sachs in his new Hong Kong-based role, according to a «Bloomberg» report, replacing Amanda Wu, the group’s former co-head of Asia flow credit trading.

Wu left the role in early August this year to join Morgan Stanley where she is now a managing director and head of Asia credit trading.

Yuan was most recently with Value Parters where he was a senior portfolio manager. Previously, he also headed UBS’s Asia credit trading unit.
