Credit Suisse has elevated an investment strategist in Hong Kong to oversee the bank’s house view and strategies for Greater China, finews.asia has learned.
Jack Siu has been named chief investment officer, Greater China, according to an internal memo seen by finews.asia, reporting to APAC chief investment officer John Woods.
A spokesperson for the bank confirmed the move.
The 15-year investment management expert will be tasked with developing Credit Suisse’s Greater China investment views and contribute to the development of China-related discretionary and advisory strategies for the bank’s private and institutional clients.
