Paris-headquartered asset manager Amundi will further its ESG capabilities with the hire of an investment specialist in Hong Kong.
Kristy Wong joins Amundi’s Hong Kong office as an ESG investment specialist, according to a statement, with responsibilities to promote the practice and the firm’s responsible investing solutions.
Wong has 12 years of experience in ESG advisory across the public and financial sectors in Hong Kong. She was most recently vice president of ESG at Bank of America where she was the APAC environmental lead. Pervasively, she also worked in ESG advisory at Ernst & Young ad the Hong Kong Productivity Council.
Amundi continues to expand its Hong Kong business which recently hired ex-AMP Capital executive and 20-year industry veteran Kerry Ching as its chief executive.
