Natixis Investment Management appoints a head of distribution for Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America and Middle East.
Joseph Pinto, who was previously chief operating officer at the firm, has been named to the role, according to a statement.
Pinto – alongside also newly appointed chief administration officer Christophe Lanne – will continue to report to senior management committee member and asset & wealth management CEO Tim Ryan.
Pinto has 20 years of experience in the financial sector, including three with Natixis Investment Managers after first joining as its COO in 2019. Previously, he also worked for Crédit Lyonnais, McKinsey and AXA.

According to Ryan, the latest appointments to newly created roles mark yet another step towards the firm’s ambition to become amongst the top 15 largest asset managers in the world as well as «the most client-centric asset manager».
