Hong Kong virtual bank Mox has hired a former Sunlife executive as its new chief customer officer.

Hayman Fung joins Mox as its chief customer officer, according to a statement, effective August 4. 

Fung has 19 years of experience, most recently as Sun Life’s chief marketing and digital officer. Previously she also worked with insurer AIA as well as global advertising agencies Leo Burnett and Publicis.

Fung will be tasked with building and enhancing customer experience with responsibilities across the firm's brand proposition development, customer experience design, marketing and analytics.
