Credit Suisse continues to expand across the board in Australia, including its investment bank where it hired a new director for its financial institutions group, finews.asia has learned.
Brett Ryman joins Credit Suisse's Australia investment banking arm as a director in the financial institutions group (FIG), according to an internal memo seen by finews.asia.
Ryman has more than a decade of FIG banking experience and was most recently with the Bank of Queensland as its Sydney-based head of corporate development. Previously, he had also worked for Citi in Sydney and Hong Kong on numerous translations across multiple sectors.
A spokesperson for the bank confirmed the content of the memo.
