London-headquartered insurer Prudential has announced the appointment of a new CEO of health.
Prudential appoints Arjan Toor as CEO health, according to a statement, effective February 1. Based in Singapore, he reports to Solmaz Altin, managing director, strategic business group. Toor succeeds group chief health officer Andrew Wong, who is leaving the firm to explore non-executive opportunities elsewhere.
Toor has 27 years of experience in leadership roles across Asia, Africa, Europe and North America, most recently as CEO for Cigna Europe. Previously, he also worked at ING for 15 years.
