Sun Life has launched its brand new financial advisor office, Chat – Brighter Gen Society, as part of the key efforts in growing the company’s agency workforce.
The new office (pictured below) is located at the Harbourfront Two in Whampoa Hong Kong, with an area of 3,283 square feet and capacity up to 130 financial advisors, according to a press release sent early this week. It is a balanced workspace: while it creates an energetic and comfortable ambience for financial advisors to interact with peers and clients, it is also equipped with tools and facilities to enhance their productivity and efficiency, the company wrote.
Its innovative and cozy design and features, including areas like Networking Zone, Proposal Park and Brain Spa, not only encourage various types of activities, such as brainstorming, training, team-building and Client engagement, but also give Sun Life a competitive edge in recruiting and retaining young talents.
Increased Exposure to ‹Longevity Risk›
Commenting on the new office, Belinda Au, General Manager of Distribution and Marketing of Sun Life Hong Kong said, «With the launch of Chat – Brighter Gen Society, we aim to boost the ratio of young generation in our financial advisor workforce, and of equal importance, to better retain talents and revitalize our fiancial advisor workforce.
«The society is currently experiencing an increased exposure to ‹longevity risk›, implying people are living longer than expected, and hence run a higher risk of outliving their savings in light of rising healthcare costs as they live longer. As one of the leading Hong Kong life insurers, Sun Life is committed to helping Clients achieve lifetime financial security as they navigate through life’s important moments,» Belinda Au added.
