Asset Control, a provider of cloud-based data management for financial data analytics and data quality, has made a senior appointment to drive growth in the region.
Asset Control has appointed Daniel Kennedy, a financial services and technology industry sales executive with more than 25 years of experience to lead its sales team in the region, the firm announced in a statement.
As head of sales, Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, Kennedy will cater to the financial services industry’s growing requirements for data quality, streamlined operations, analytics and managed data services, as it moves towards cloud services, the statement said. He reports to Gary Appleby, head of international sales.
Kennedy joins from banking software firm FIS, where he was its Singapore-based vice-president and head of sales, a role in which he led the commercial team responsible for buyside and sellside solutions business across Southeast Asia and Australia.
