The company has made a strategic acquisition to grow in Singapore, six years after its inception and after expanding to three other countries in Southeast Asia.

Boutique accounting and corporate services firm RBA has acquired Singapore financial and accounting firm Shaft PH Consulting, according to an announcement on Wednesday.

Describing the merger as a «milestone», RBA managing partner Pierre Vanrenterghem said it «strategically positions the company to accelerate and advance our mission of helping our customers.» 

RBA has has 50 employees across offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Thailand, which provides business advisory, accounting, tax and employment services services to established multinationals and SMEs while supporting the growth and operation of start-ups through its start-ups focused brand MyBusiness Asia.
