Liechtenstein-based LGT has expanded its onshore India unit with several new hires focused on client coverage.
LGT Wealth India has hired five new executives from Mumbai-headquartered Centrum Wealth Management.
In Delhi, LGT welcomes Rajat Nijhawan as executive director – private clients. Nijhawan has 20 years of private banking and wealth management experience, previously having also worked at ICICI Bank and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. He is joined by Arjun Grover as director – private clients, who will support efforts to further build the client base in Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR).
Non-Tier 1 Cities
In addition, LGT Wealth India has also announced appointments focused on markets that are not in the country’s tier 1 cities.
In Lucknow, Arpit Mehrotra and Karan Khanna join as executive director and associate director, respectively, for private clients. Mehrotra has nearly 20 years of experience, previously with ICICI Bank, Citibank and UTI AMC. And in Kanpur, Anubhav Shukla has been named director – private clients.
