1. Marina Bay Sands
The mundane hotel with the spectacular roof-top swimming pool is a landmark building. The views are outstanding. The boat-like building is top-modern with first-class meeting rooms. The venue is easily sealed off for security purposes and has a glamorous casino – very much to Trump’s liking.
It is of course more questionable, whether arch-communist Kim wants to venture into the capitalist paradise – even if his personal likings would be met in full.
