2. Shangri-La Hotel
Five-star hotel Shangri-La is a little outside the central business district, closer to the Orchard Road shopping mile. Easily accessible from the airport it has all the conference facilities required for such a meeting.
The hotel regularly hosts meetings between politicians, for instance at the Asian security conference «Shangri-La Dialogue». The meeting between Xi Jinping and Ma Ying Jeou took place at the hotel. From a practical point of view, the Shangri-La is ideal – and Trump could always move on to the casino of Marina Bay Sands after the meetings.
