The commercial real estate services and investment firm has appointed an executive who brings more than 18 years of experience in the region, specializing in China, Singapore and Australia.
CBRE has appointed Greg Hyland as managing director of capital markets, Asia Pacific, replacing Rob Blain, who remains its Asia-Pacific executive chairman, the firm announced in a press release on its website on Tuesday.
Based in Singapore, Hyland will work with the firm's existing capital markets teams across the region, the statement said. He reports to Chris Ludeman, global president of capital markets.
Hyland was most recently the head of capital markets, Singapore for rival firm JLL. He was previously JLL's regional director of Asia capital markets in Singapore and head of investment in Shanghai.
Other Appointments
CBRE also announced the appointment of Chris Brett as managing director, capital markets, Europe, Middle East and Africa, based in London. He was previously the firm's head of international capital markets.
The firm also appointed Kevin Aussef to the newly created role of global chief operating officer, capital markets, based in Newport Beach, California. He was previously CBRE's chief operating officer of capital markets for the Americas.
