BNP Paribas Wealth Management has lost its head of structured products for Asia following a less than two-year stint, finews.asia has learned.

Henry Hui, managing director and head of structured investments and derivatives for Asia, has left BNP Paribas Wealth Management, anonymous sources close to the bank told finews.asia.

When contacted, a spokesperson for the French lender declined to comment on the matter.

Structured Products Shuffle

Hui joined the role with BNP Paribas in November 2018 and had previously held numerous structured products roles with global banks such as Bank of Singapore, UBS and Citi.

Hui is the second structured products veteran to be reshuffled in Asia’s private banking market. Last week, finews.asia reported Credit Suisse’s hire of ex-UBS structured products head Emmanuel Triomphe to lead the newly formed Asia Pacific trading solutions (ATS) unit.
