Credit Suisse adds a new private banker for the Australian market, finews.asia has learned, hiring from the National Australia Bank.

Nicole Dunn joins Credit Suisse’s private banking arm in Australia, according to a memo seen by finews.asia, as a director and team leader – a newly created role. 

Based in Sydney, Dunn reports to Australia head of private banking Michael Marr and she will also work closely with fellow team leaders Chris Gray, Joerg Koeppenkastrop and Joe Azoulay.

Dunn was more than 20 years of wealth management experience and was most recently with NAB where she was last its director of investor sales. Previously, she also worked for FC Funds Management, BT Financial Group in private wealth sales and ANZ in its global markets division.

According to Marr in the memo, Credit Suisse’s private banking unit in Australia has tripled assets under management since 2016.

«[Dunn] brings a wealth of expertise and experience and importantly is a proven business builder,» he said.

«She has a successful track record of new client acquisition and growing existing and new revenue streams within businesses that specialize in single and multi-asset class solutions.»
