Law firm Linklaters has announced the addition of a consultant to the Singapore derivatives and structured products team. The new hire previously held senior positions in-house for Citibank, DBS Bank, Rabobank and UBS.
The new addition to the Singapore team is Jacqueline Low who is recognised across the industry and region for her expertise in derivatives. Low has extensive experience with European, American and Singaporean banks and expertise in emerging markets across Asia.
Prior to joining Linklaters, Ms Low had been the Senior Counsel, Asia, International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.
Regulatory Changes
Low has a broad and diverse legal experience across corporate and institutional banking, treasury products, securities brokerage, corporate finance, private banking, asset management, structured finance and securitisations in Singapore and South-East Asia.

Singapore and English law qualified, Jacqueline Low also serves on the Advisory Panel of the National University of Singapore Centre for Banking and Finance Law.
