Hawksford has bolstered its corporate capabilities with the appointment of a pair of industry specialists.
The international corporate services firm has named Stephanie Rose as its new Global Head of Corporate services and Becci Newman as Director.
In the new role Rose will lead corporate services globally, while Newman will jointly lead the corporate services team in Jersey with Daniel Hainsworth.
Rose started her career with HSBC and moved to Elian (now Intertrust) in 1999, where until recently she led the corporate services team in Jersey.
She has in excess of 20 years’ experience and has been the lead on high-profile client relationships. Rose has also been a board member at listed, private equity, mezzanine, private equity sponsored, international infrastructure and real estate companies.
Recent Rebranding
Newman also joins Hawksford from Elian and brings more than 18 years’ experience to her new role, specialising in the administration of complex corporate transactions.
Prior to that role she worked in a range of managerial and senior administration roles at Kleinwort Benson, Bedells and Mourants.
Hawksford recently secured a trust licence in Singapore, and is now able to meet the needs of private and corporate clients seeking regulated trust services in the Asian financial centre. The firm also rebranded its corporate identity.
