U.K. law firm Penningtons Manches has announced the hire of a new private client partner into its award-winning private wealth group.
Penningtons Manches is strengthening its international private wealth offering with the hire of Ryan Myint, the U.K. law firm announced in a press release. He joins the 60-strong team led by Claire Archer and will be based at the firm's London office, where he will specialize in wealth structuring, trusts and succession.
«He’s a great fit for the team, with a skill set that will complement our existing expertise and help bolster our broader private wealth offering,» Archer said.
Strong Background
Myint has a strong background in advising Asian clients, as well as U.K., European and Middle Eastern clients with an interest in Asia. He is recognised as an expert in his field for multi-jurisdictional tax planning, including cross-border tax reporting, disclosure and transparency issues. According to «Who’s Who Legal,» he is someone who «dominates the international private client space.»
Myint was previously a partner in the international private client group of Taylor Wessing for over eight years, and was seconded to its Singapore office from 2012 to 2015. He has also worked for Withers and Clifford Chance.
