Paris-based BNP Paribas has reportedly hired a former Credit Suisse banker to lead its strategic equity group in Asia.
BNP Paribas has hired Lap Liang as head of strategic equity group in Asia Pacific, according to a «Bloomberg» report citing a memo. Based in Hong Kong, he will be involved with strategic equity collaboration with global banking and wealth management coverage teams in the region.
Liang joins from Credit Suisse where he spent more than six years, including within the Swiss bank’s Asia financing group.
