On the back of appointing a new Managing Director in Singapore, Independent provider of corporate, trust and fund services Trident Trust has named a new Head of Business Development in Hong Kong.
The Trident Trust Group has appointed Victor Ho as Executive Director, Head of Business Development of its Hong Kong office. Ho joins the Group to focus on growing Trident Trust’s China-related business, the firm said in a note to finews.asia.
Ho is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a fluent Mandarin and Cantonese speaker. He has 20 years of experience in the trust and corporate services industry focused on Chinese corporates and high net worth families and their professional advisers in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK.
In the new role Ho will report to Terry Wong, head of Trident Trust’s office in Hong Kong.
Asian Expansion
«Our existing client base in China is strong and growing and Victor’s arrival will enable us to accelerate this growth,» said Markus Grossmann, Regional Managing Director for Trident Trust’s offices in Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore and Zurich and the Trident Fiduciaries (Middle East) office in Cyprus.
Earlier this month, in a move to support the continued growth of Trident Trust’s business across Asia, the ambitious firm appointed Sean Coughlan as Managing Director of its Singapore office.
Trident Trust has had a multilingual presence in Hong Kong for more than 20 years.
