Natixis has appointed James Thomson as head of financial sponsors coverage, Asia Pacific, according to an announcement on Wednesday.
Based in Hong Kong, he reports to Aurelien Lasjunies, head of coverage, Asia Pacific, and Meriem Smida, global head, sponsor coverage group.
Broad Experience
Thomson has worked across a broad range of sectors, including aviation, logistics, transportation, technology, banking and insurance, real estate and natural resources in both Asia Pacific and Europe. He joined Natixis in 2019 as a managing director in the aviation sector team, Asia Pacific. He previously was Deutsche Bank's head of transportation, aviation and logistics, Asia Pacific.
