The independent global asset manager is adding a Hong Kong-based analyst to its long-established emerging markets fixed income team.

Based in Hong Kong, Adrian Chan has joined Ninety One as an analyst, with effect from 5 July 2021. He reports directly to Alan Siow, portfolio manager in the Fixed Income team.

Chan will support the team to drive investment ideas and generate positive alpha across all the Asia and EM Corporate strategies. He was previously a credit analyst at Fidelity for over six years, following a stint at UBS.

Expanding Investment Expertise

«As an active manager, we see that the EM fixed income market, especially in Asia, presents an invaluable opportunity for us to drive further growth and meet the accelerating demand by offering fixed income solutions for investors across the globe,» Siow said.
